For pets being transported, we require that they be current on all age appropriate vaccines or have a medical waiver from your veterinarian dated within the last 6months. For dogs/puppies we require: rabies (pets 16 weeks or older), distemper/parvo and bordetella. We strongly recommmend canine influenza. for cats/kittens we require: rabies (pets 16 weeks or older) and FVRCP. for in-home pet sitting, we require a current rabies vaccine or medical waiver from your veterinarian.
our team currenlty transports pets in an suv. paw-ssengers will be placed in a size appropriate crate during transport. crates are secured in the vehicle to minimize shifting during transport. we are happy to transport your pet in our crate or yours. please note:for the safety of our paw-sSengers and team, owner supplied crates must be reviewed and approved before transport. your pet will be provided a bowl for water at all times as well as a blanket to rest on.
FOR PETS TRAVELING DISTANCES 6 HOURS OR FARTHER, THE TEAM WILL STOP FOR MEALS. THE PUPPY TOWS TEAM STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT PETS TRAVEL WITH THEIR NORMAL DIET TO DECREASE DIGESTIVE UPSET DURING TRAVEL. HOWEVER, WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE AN EASY TO DIGEST FOOD IF NEEDED. IF YOUR PET REQUIRES MEDICAITON, OUR TEAM IS HAPPY TO ADMINISTER IT AS DIRECTED. THE TEAM IS ABLE TO ADMINISTER ORAL AND INJECTED MEDICATIONS. FOR INJECTABLE MEDICATIONS SYRINGES MUST BE SUPPLIED BY THE OWNER.

PUPPY TOWS HAS YOUR PET'S SAFETY IN MIND AND SOME PETS DO NOT RESPOND WELL TO STRANGERS AND TRAVEL SO IT MAY NOT BE SAFE TO REMOVE THEM FROM THEIR CRATE DURING TRANSPORT. OUR TEAM WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO TAKE ALL PAW-SSENGERS FOR WALKS. FELINE PAW-SSENGERS WILL BE PLACED IN A LARGE ENOUGH CRATE TO ACCOMODATE A LITTERBOX WHICH IS CHECKED AND CLEANED AT EVERY REST BREAK.
DURING TRANSPORT: ANY ACCIDENTS ARE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY. YOUR PET'S CRATE WILL BE CLEANED AND THEIR BLANKET REPLACED.
AFTER TRANSPORT: CRATES, DISHES, LITTERBOXES AND ACCESSORIES ARE CLEANED WITH KENNELSOL AFTER EVERY PAW-SSENGER. BLANKETS AND TOWELS ARE WASHED IN HOT WATER WITH BLEACH.

PUPPY TOWS ACCPETS PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. PAYMENT MAY ALSO BE MADE BY VENMO, PAYPAL, ZELLE OR CASHAPP. A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM TRANSPORTATION BOOKING OR PET SITTING. ANY REMAINING PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF DROP OFF. IN THE CASE OF PET SITTING, REMAINING PAYMENT IS DUE UPON YOUR RETURN HOME.
PUPPY TOWS UNDERSTANDS THAT SOMETIMES LIFE HAPPENS AND WILL REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT IF YOUR TRANSPORT/PET SITTING RESERVATION IS CANCELLED WITH 72 HOURS NOTICE. CANCELLATIONS WITH AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE WILL RECEIVE A 25% REFUND. CANCELLATIONS WITH 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF FOR SOME REASON PUPPY TOWS MUST CANCEL, A PROMPT REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED.
